Nilai, Negeri Sembilan Agronomy & Farm Services Full Time

1) Agronomy / Technical Functions

  • Conduct soil and crop assessments at client farms and provide appropriate fertilizer recommendations.
  • Assist with product formulation, development, and improvements based on field results and customer feedback.
  • Prepare technical usage guidelines and SOPs tailored to different crop types.
  • Monitor fertilizer application at customer sites and prepare performance reports.
  • Support the R&D team with data from field trials and customer sites.

2) Sales & Marketing Functions

  • Promote and sell organic fertilizer products to farmers, cooperatives, plantations, and agri-businesses.
  • Identify potential markets and build a strong pipeline of new clients.
  • Conduct site visits, set up demonstration plots, and deliver technical presentations.
  • Develop strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide market intelligence and assist in product positioning, pricing, and promotional strategy.

3) Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain sales records, customer interactions, and monthly performance reports.
  • Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and tender submissions for clients and government agencies.
  • Collect feedback for continuous product and service improvement.

4) Training & Representation

  • Conduct customer training, workshops, or technical briefings on product application.
  • Represent the company at agricultural expos, trade shows, and stakeholder engagements.
  • Work closely with government bodies (e.g. Department of Agriculture), NGOs, and agribusiness networks.

Fertilizer Sales Executive

Nilai, Negeri Sembilan Sales Representatives/Consultants Full Time

Sales Executive responsible for execute sales activities related to various fertilizer products (including fresh, semi-composed, composed, and organic) within a designated region or territory. The Sales Executive key role is to develop new business opportunities, maintain strong relationships with existing customers, and achieve sales targets to meet company set goals.

Job Responsibilities

  • Implement sales and marketing plans to achieve sales volume, outlet coverage, and collections targets, ensuring goals and KPIs are met
  • Identify new sales opportunities to expand the customer base by targeting potential buyers, including farmers, distributors, agro-dealers, and plantation owners.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to identify opportunities for market expansion and increase the company's market share in the fertilizer sector.
  • Feedback to sales Manager on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity and pricing.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries, orders, and concerns related to fertilizer quality and handle customer complaints professionally and provide timely resolutions.
  • Work closely with teams such as fertilizer production and QA to address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly
  • Maintain contact with customers in order to create a good working relationship that fosters increased sales and customer base.
  • Oversee the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely collection of payments for all products and following up with clients on overdue payments.
  • Closely monitor and manage account receivables (AR) to minimize credit risk exposure.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and provide regular sales reports to the management team.
  • Perform other tasks given by superior.
